Welcome at Les Suites du Midi.
We offer you an exceptional and luxurious experience in our guest house, which has just two suites. This deliberate choice allows you to enjoy the luxury, tranquillity and vastness of the estate, with its swimming pool and more than two hectares of gardens and parkland, in complete privacy.
We deliberately set out to create a place apart, a haven of peace where exclusivity, refinement and comfort come together in a verdant setting. The surrounding area, open to the fields, offers breathtaking views - and when night comes, the starry sky completes this soothing picture.
Each suite has a spacious bedroom, a comfortable living room and a modern bathroom. One has a walk-in shower and bath, the other a walk-in shower.
We are open in 2025 from July 4 till September 15.
Comfort, serenity and art of living.
The house is a recently renovated 19th-century “Chartreuse”. The suites and shared spaces - also at your disposal - combine timeless comfort with a careful blend of antique furnishings and contemporary design. Particular attention has been paid to detail, from the choice of materials to the quality of the linen and bath products provided.
A continental breakfast is served on a sheltered terrace at the back of the house, while a second terrace at the front invites you to enjoy a peaceful moment overlooking the garden. Two evenings a week, we offer a convivial table d'hôtes, in the spirit of a warm and refined art of living.
The 12 x 6-meter swimming pool, set back from the house to preserve calm and privacy, is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, a seating area and a large table near the pool house. It's the ideal place for a light meal or a drink, with the backdrop of the surrounding garden and fruit crops.
Parking is available on the estate.
To enhance your stay, we also provide:
- Two electric bikes for exploring the surrounding area
- A pétanque court in the garden

Although the immediate setting is distinctly rural and serene, a number of nearby villages and towns offer restaurants, markets and cultural venues. The nearest metropolis, Toulouse, is 80 km away (access via the A62). Agen, with its TGV station, and Montauban are just 30 km away. Several villages with shops and markets are accessible within a 15 km radius.

We are Bert and Dirk, two Belgians who, after an intense professional life in Brussels, chose to settle in a place offering serenity, space and elegance.
Les Suites du Midi reflects our desire to share a unique setting, a place where you can rest, relax and enjoy a lifestyle of refined simplicity and sincere attention.
Set in the heart of a luminous, unspoilt region, between medieval bastides, peaceful valleys and gourmet markets, we have found here a gentle way of life that we like to pass on to our guests.
